    About the Client:
    Our client is a thriving retail business with stores across Australia. They are a family owned and operated business who now form part of a global group and continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service to a diverse network of people.

    About the Role:
    As a Credit Administrator you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of pricing strategies and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You will also be involved in the invoicing of clients, in a fast-paced and high volume environment. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Prepare accurate daily pricing for the Sales Team and implement and maintain customer pricing.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone calls and emails.
    • Manage customer accounts, including new setups and handling queries/complaints.
    • Handle customer limits, orders, invoicing, and collections coordination.
    • Coordinate delivery and scheduling, communicating with supply chain and carriers.

    About You:

    As a Credit Administrator we are seeking someone who not only meets the qualifications but adds a vibrant and enthusiastic presence to the team.

    • Proven track record in administration and customer service.
    • Previous experience in high-volume invoicing is a must.
    • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail.

    This is a permanent, full-time position with working hours of Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. There is also a requirement to work on-call shifts periodically.
