About Our Client:

My client is a well known brand across Asia Pacific. Founded decades ago, the company has a strong market share & continues to innovate and grow.

Based out of very modern offices in Brisbane's East, they are a great employer - Page Personnel has previously placed individuals within this business & team and had very positive feedback.

This role involves both hands on credit and collections work, as well as banking activities - with reconciliations being a huge focus in this position.

Ultimately if you have worked in B2B Credit Officer roles previously, I would be eager to speak with you.

Key duties include:

Manage the collections of all overdue debtors on assigned Ledger to achieve performance targets.
Manage timely processing of all incoming payments in compliance with the Company Credit Policy and Procedures
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger daily to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Produce banking reports and save in necessary shared drives for Credit Officers

The Successful Applicant:

Experience in a Credit focused position, able to both manage the technical intricacies of a credit role, as well as the ability to collect outstanding money in a B2B environment
Able to reconcile accounts confidently and be able to investigate and resolve any discrepancies
JD Edwards experience is nice to have but not essential
Excel skills are also helpful ideally pivot tables / vlookup experience
Ultimately somebody who wants to learn, progress and drive the role forward will be very exciting for this team

What's on Offer:

Salary in the $65,000 - $70,000 range + superannuation (potential to look at a higher salary for somebody who ticks all boxes)

3 days working from home (after the initial training period) is the norm

Flexibility in hours - the business can accommodate different schedules & I'm happy to discuss further.
