_ About the role_
We are looking for a strong, aspiring, or experienced leader with experience in a similar setting.

At capacity, the centre caters to just over 100 children, and its operating hours are between 7 am and 6:30 pm.

Your responsibilities include:
_**- Assisting the Centre Manager with managing day-to-day operations.

Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our dedicated staff.
Upholding consistent, highquality standards for centre presentation and work practices.
Ensuring the delivery of highquality early learning programs by our passionate educators.
Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with children, families, educators, the local business community, and all stakeholders.
Actively participating in attracting, converting, and retaining families through effective management of tours, enrolments, and orientations

The non-negotiables

Minimum one year of experience mentoring a team as an Assistant Director.
Experience in overseeing and implementing a program based on children's needs and interests.
A strong understanding of compliance and of National Quality Standards (NQF).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Sound experience in supporting the staff management of a medium to large childcare service.
The ability to manage and lead community engagement.
