Job description: - The Administrative Officer, as a member of the Procurement, Risk and Contract Management Branch, will provide a range of administrative support functions including financial data input, reporting and other associated support services
Hours per fortnight:

Duties:
The Administrative Officer, as a member of the Procurement, Risk and Contract Management Branch, will provide a range of administrative support functions including financial data input, reporting and other associated support services.
- the ability to demonstrate attention to detail and complete high level quality assurance of required tasks;
- the ability to provide efficient support services for the Branch and to demonstrate a strong customer service focus; and
- high level data entry skills, a capacity to understand financial systems and the ability to use contemporary Microsoft Office products.
Desirable Requirements:
Certificate III in a relevant area or equivalent level.
