  • The Administrative Officer, as a member of the Procurement, Risk and Contract Management Branch, will provide a range of administrative support functions including financial data input, reporting and other associated support services

Hours per fortnight:

Duties:


The Administrative Officer, as a member of the Procurement, Risk and Contract Management Branch, will provide a range of administrative support functions including financial data input, reporting and other associated support services.

In the context of the selection criteria, to be successful in the position applicants will have:

  • the ability to demonstrate attention to detail and complete high level quality assurance of required tasks;
- demonstrated initiative and be able to identify opportunities for streamlining existing tasks and processes;
- the ability to provide efficient support services for the Branch and to demonstrate a strong customer service focus; and
- high level data entry skills, a capacity to understand financial systems and the ability to use contemporary Microsoft Office products.


Desirable Requirements:

Certificate III in a relevant area or equivalent level.
