About You
As the StartNorth Support Officer, you will support the overall operation of the StartNorth.

Including Membership relationship management and recruitment, office administration and customer service, along with member and internal team support are all major parts of the role.

A high-level understanding of office administration, customer service, communication and organisation skills are important.

  • Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills including computer, technology and highlevel administrative skills including the preparation of reports, recommendations, presentations and other relevant correspondence.
  • Great customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Having a great initiative and organisational skills
