  • What are we looking for?
The original Blackshaw Real Estate agency, Blackshaw Manuka, are looking for a few motivated individuals to join our team.

We have two roles available, one is an administration position working alongside a group of agents based in our office teaming up with another office admin, and the other is a personal assistant position dedicated to one sales agent working in and out of the office.


The roles will include:
You will be responsible for various administrative tasks associated with marketing, listing and selling property.

In this role you will have the opportunity to attend open homes and auctions, as well as being taught all aspects of real estate as you continue to grow within the team.

You will be trained within our office and included in weekly team meetings.

You will have the opportunity to attend quarterly training provided by experienced trainers and motivational speakers, as well as attending our annual Blackshaw awards night to celebrate achievements accomplished throughout the year.

Ability to work weekends
Be professionally presented
Have strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Be consistent and highly reliable
Have a reliable car and Australian Driver's Licence
Have excellent customer service skills and experience
Love coming to work and making a positive contribution in a team environment
Have experience in the real estate industry (preferred but not essential)
Obtain or willing to obtain an ACT Certificate of Registration in Property Services
