About The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to join the South-East Queensland Fulton Hogan Construction division.

As an experienced Environmental Manager you will work within project teams and manage junior environmental and sustainability staff within a respectful culture that prioritises protection of the environment and sustainable outcomes.
What you will be responsible for:
- Working with staff at all levels of the business
- Developing and reviewing EMS aspects, plans and procedures
- Procurement and commercial oversight of subcontractors
- Navigating approval frameworks
- Ensuring compliance with client and regulator expectations
- Contributing to the achievement of environmental objectives and targets
- Contributing to elements of Infrastructure Sustainability Council ratings
We are seeking an individual with a strong willingness to lead teams and create exceptional outcomes for the environment.
You will also have a:
- Tertiary qualification in Environmental Engineering, Management, Science or other related discipline
- Willingness to drive the environmental profession forward
- Motivation to innovate and lift BAU practices
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Proactive selfstarting traits with strong problem solving and communication skills
