Job Description


The role


We are looking for a digital savvy and innovative Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our successful purpose aligned law firm in Melbourne.

This busy and varied role reporting the Head of Marketing & Business Development provides plenty of opportunity to shine.


Responsibilities:


Developing and implementing both B2B and B2C marketing & communication strategies you will be assisting the Head of Marketing & BD to create strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives.


You will also work closely with the firm's business leaders to identify, develop and execute communications strategies to support their specific work group goals.


Digital Marketing:
you will be responsible for implementing Moores' digital marketing strategy to drive business growth


This includes:
- collating and creating content
- developing newsletters utilising best practice design and automation
- social media design and reach
- website content and SEO
- video creation and distribution

  • Google adword campaigns
  • Database management
  • Google Analytics and social media tracking and reporting

Webinars and events:
planning, promoting and executing live and recorded webinars and events.


Marketing collateral development:
developing marketing collateral, such as flyers, fact sheets, resources and other promotional materials.

This will be a combination of inhouse (using inDesign) and working with our external agency to develop creative and engaging collateral.


Reports:

Measure, analyse and report on the performance of our communications initiatives and make improvement recommendations based on insights, best practices, and experience.


Brand management:

Ensure Moores branding is in line with the branding guidelines and we are maintaining our brand positioning, values and tone of voice across all communications.

Desired Skills and Experience


Who are we looking for?


We are looking for someone with energy, as well as passion and focus on creativity and innovation, who backs this up with a clear track record of delivery.


  • Minimum three years marketing, communications or client insights experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a professional services environment (highly regarded)
  • A tertiary qualification in a businessrelated discipline, marketing, journalism or law (highly regarded)
  • A client focused approach, with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to liaise at all levels both internally and externally
  • A passion for creating new and innovative materials/approaches, increasing productivity and streamlining processes to support the success of our Legal teams and clients.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organisational skills, high attention to detail and enjoy working both autonomously and collaborating with a team.
  • Advanced MS Office 365, Adobe Indesign and Mailchimp is highly regarded
