Our salary range for this position is

$80-$110k per annum.

About you:

Mechanically minded
Intimate knowledge of production and scheduling
Willing to learn and grow
Emphasis on safety, housekeeping and culture
Understanding of people and how to relate to, communicate with, and manage them
Experience with desired or parallel machinery
LF license preferred
Experienced in supervising a dedicated and happy team
Leading day to day supervision of the production floor in accordance with established safety protocols
Effectively communicating, both with higher management and production team
Managing KPIs and fostering efficiency and productivity
Leading by example; promoting and encouraging excellence both in character and performance
Effectively solving any challenges that arise, operating with decisiveness and purpose
Conducting regular 'toolbox' meetings and training staff with appreciation of nuance in learning styles and personalities.
