Description

This newly created position within the Information Technology division is responsible for the solution planning and execution throughout the solution lifecycle to ensure that the solution supports Swinburne's overall strategy.


This role will focus on gathering and prioritizing solution and customer requirements, defining the solution vision, and then working to ensure both commercial and customer satisfaction goals are met.


Reporting to the Director, Digital Technical Delivery you will collaboratively define the solution vision, strategy and roadmap to effectively plan and carry out the solution implementation.

You will also manage the portfolio of changes and enhancements, negotiate priorities, and ensure delivery on time within budget.


About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Lead the development of solution roadmaps in collaboration with business, architecture, and other teams to deliver timely value to customers
  • Manage the demand pipeline working in collaboration with the business stakeholders, product owners and IT teams and facilitate the prioritization
  • Lead, motivate and develop the team to enable a highperformance work culture that meets the current needs of the business and positions it to meet future and emerging needs.
  • Proactively contribute to the IT strategic plan, business plan and budget planning process for the IT team.
  • Drive customer satisfaction with IT solutions and services to improve business performance and achievement of business strategies.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in a relevant information technology discipline
