We're a fast-growing startup in the fruit and vegetable industry looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to join our Brisbane team.

What You'll Do:

Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring our fresh produce boxes meet highquality standards.
Improve processes and efficiency while adhering to OH&S regulations.
Lead by example on the production line, rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty.
Train and guide new team members, creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Use your trade skills in carpentry, electrical work, or mechanics to maintain and enhance our production machinery.
Travel nationwide to improve processes in our Sydney and Melbourne warehouses.

What You'll Bring:

Experience leading teams to meet targets within budget.
People skills with the ability to motivate and build rapport with the team.
A continuous improvement mindset with a constant focus on process optimisation.
Be able to start early, ensuring our production line runs like clockwork from 4am onwards.

If successful in interview, undergo a 1month paid trial which transitions into a permanent fulltime role.

Salary:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
