THE OPPORTUNITY


Moët Hennessy Australia & New Zealand has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Brand Activation Manager to join our Bubbles Marketing team.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Bubbles, this position is responsible for:


  • Leading the implementation and execution of MHANZ Big Bets & oversee the development of the activations in the On-Premise, Off Premise and Eretail channel across the nominated MH portfolio.
  • Liaising with customers to deliver activations in full, on time and within budget
  • Working with both strategic and executional agencies on the implementation of all brand programs and customer activations in the On-Premise, Off Premise and Eretail channel, across the designated brand/s portfolio.
  • Colead in joint business planning sessions with key customers to create winwin programs
  • Partnering with brand teams to secure merchandise and creative assets for activation campaigns and other customer marketing requirements
  • Developing relevant activation platforms and programs leveraging key category and shopper insights
  • Providing detailed analysis and regular reporting on channel activations to assist in managing ROI and share key learnings with the broader business
  • Managing relevant activation campaign budgets and maintain strong tracking methods to allow accurate delivery of the assigned budget
  • Managing 3rd party agencies in the execution and representation of the brands, in accordance with brand guidelines and positioning
  • Assisting in the preparation and implementation of the relevant Brand Plans and Maison Business Reviews
  • Building strong relationships and managing communications with states sales teams and key account managers to ensure the core brand strategies are translated into optimal activation solutions

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:

  • Marketing or Business Degree
- you will have at least 3 years' marketing experience, ideally in a similar role
- a successful track record in above-the line/below-the-line execution
- excellent understanding of luxury marketing

  • Wines & Spirits product knowledge and market understanding is desirable
- strong communication and influencing skills
- exposure to the sales environment
- proactive with the ability to think creatively and strategically
