About the Position


We are currently looking for an individual who has the skills, experience and drive to be responsible for leading the customer service team in providing an exceptional customer experience to the City's customers and contacts.


The Customer Experience Team is generally the first point of contact into the City of Cockburn, this integral role ensures the Customer Service Team is appropriately skilled, prepared and motivated to provide an exceptional customer experience service.


Success in this role will be evidenced by high levels of customer satisfaction, staff readiness and performance, and quality of services across communications with all frontline staff and customer services of the City.

You will be customer orientated and customer focused; you will have a good grasp on exceptional customer experience because you strive for and expect this for yourself.

You are aware of the expectations demanded of this important role and know how to encourage your team along for the journey.

Salary:
$81,421 - $86,453 per annum, depending on Qualifications and Experience
