We have an opportunity for an Assistant Centre Manager to join our Retail Property Management team based in Penrith, Western Sydney providing outstanding administrative support, customer service and accounting support.


About the role:


  • Support the daytoday management of a busy retail shopping centre including finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, as well as general office administration duties
  • Assist with contractor services relating to minor repairs and maintenance and monitoring the vendor performance
  • Establish positive relationships and act as a point of contact for all supplier, tenant, and customer related queries
  • Maintain the lease management and tenancy schedule and assist with general administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owners and the tenants
  • Prepare cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performance
  • Process and track all AP invoice and expense reimbursements
  • Ensure documentation is up to date and appropriately recorded into systems.

About you:


  • Experience in Property Management across Retail, Commercial or Residential sectors
  • Experience in retail administration, with a passion for the retail property industry is highly desirable
  • Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the capability to problem solve, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks independently.
