Sales Manager Car Service, 4x4 Accessory, Tyre and Wheel
The Garage Miami is one of Australia's leading aftermarket service and upgrade centres. We specialise in upgrading late model 4x4 and Luxury SUV's, 10 years old and newer.
- Manage a sales team of 4 Focussed Automotive Sales Advisors
- Suits someone who will lead by example
- Regular Communication with Workshop
- Position Suitable for a person with significant experience in at least one key business area of Service, Tyre and Wheel or 4x4 Accessory
- Prior Sales Experience Essential
Daily Duties
- Opening and Closing the Store
- Welcoming Customers
- Handling Customer Complaints and Opportunities
- Maintaining
- Reviews
- Monitor Sales Performance
- Work with marketing team to bolster enquiry as required
- Respond to customer enquiry promptly
- Creating Service Work Orders
- Sales of 4x4 Accessories or Tyre and Wheel
- Selling Repairs noted from vehicle inspections
- Review bookings and confirm suitable vehicles and jobs are booked to maximise customer satisfaction and business performance
Bonuses
- Monthly Sales Bonus
- Quarterly Net Profit Bonus
Hours
7.30 until Close of Business Monday to Friday with Showroom only Saturday Sales work every 2 weeks
Salary:
$75, $105,000.00 per year
