The Company

This is a great opportunity to join a top-tier Australian bank based in Sydney CBD.

The role exists within a small team of 3-5 people that work collaboratively to support the Client Care function of the business.

The Role

In this role as a Workforce Planner, you will work closely with Senior Management to overview workloads and staffing dashboards, whilst identifying improvements within the function to drive excellent customer experience.

Comparing forecasts and results to identify potential improvements and solutions
Implementing strategic initiatives to support ongoing operational efficiencies and identifying resourcing gaps
You will also have the opportunity to work and present ideas and articulate information to internal stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in workforce planning, including rostering, scheduling and forecasting
Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
Strong stakeholder management skills and the desire to create positive customer experiences
Strong written and verbal communication skills
