The Opportunity:
Join our team as a Compliance Officer at Junction and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Contract Management and Compliance functions
As a Compliance Officer, you will be the heart of our organisation's contract management process, by supporting the engagement of contractors and suppliers to that deliver maintenance and development works.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating all tasks associated with the tender process, including documentation in accordance with contract renewal timeframes, as well as monitoring compliance documentation for contractors and suppliers.
Your expertise in procurement and tendering principles will be essential in maintaining efficient and effective delivery of these activities.We are seeking a highly motivated person who:
- Has demonstrated experience in contract management
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills at an operational level
- Has demonstrated experience in developing frameworks, tools and reporting for efficient and effective delivery of procurement, contract management and compliance activities
- Has experience using property/tenancy management software and data dashboards such as Power BI
- Holds Qualifications in Contract Management and/or relevant experience in this area

You Will Need To:
- Hold or be willing to obtain a General Probity Employment Screening
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current Safe Environments Certificate
- Hold a current unencumbered Australian driver's licence and be willing to drive
- Undergo preemployment testing as part of the recruitment process
