About the role


We are seeking a dedicated Manager for our Supported Accommodation Program You will be responsible for overseeing the Family and Domestic Violence Services in South Australia through supervision of the Team Leader.

Additionally, you will lead the advocacy, partnerships and compile submissions and briefings within the state and report to the VIC/SA Senior Managers of Supported Accommodation and Afterhours Crisis Response portfolio.

Responsibilities include

  • Ensure staffing and rostering schedules enable effective and efficient service delivery
  • Keep informed about developments in the sector and actively network with external key stakeholders to build effective partnerships
  • Lead development and management of refuge budgets and finances
  • Provide supervision to team leaders and senior specialist practitioners
  • Lead innovative program development, with ongoing evaluation of FDV services programs according to the organisation's strategic directions, goals and reporting requirements
This is a fixed-term part-time position, 30.4 hours per week, contracted until June 2026, based in Adelaide, South Australia. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 7.

You will have

  • Degree qualification in Social Work or related Family Violence benchmark qualification field and relevant experience, including management experience
  • Experience in and/or active membership in community or government bodies within the sector
  • Significant experience in managing and overseeing Family & Domestic Violence services experience in the family violence sector is an advantage
  • A Current full Australian Driver's Licence
