The
Software Test Analyst enables the digital department to execute on company's strategy by building, executing and maintaining a suite of test cases for software testing and quality assurance as part of a cross functional agile team. This role enjoys collaboratively ensuring software quality in digital products is being maintained and setting and maintaining testing best practices across the team.
Essential Skills:
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Experience in testing of APIs and using API responses to augment testing activities
- Experience utilising tools such as JIRA and Confluence or similar tools for test planning, execution and defect management in an integrated environment.
- Demonstrated experience in development of testing strategies, plans and cases.
- Experience conducting functional, regression, system, integration, accessibility, performance & production verification testing.[LF1]
- Experience in managing and coordinating testing activities with Delivery leads, team members and key stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of Testing processes and best practices in SDLC
- Experience in large and complex working environment
- Welldeveloped organisational skills and the capacity to be flexible in balancing priorities to meet/exceed customer needs.
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders
- Ability to think outside the box to approach problems
- Ability to prioritise multiple requests and effectively manage competing priorities

- Aware of current trends and new technologies in information architecture and design.
- Working knowledge of architecture frameworks particularly in the software domain
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Desirable Skills:
- Browser stack and/or related tools for testing multiple devices and browsers
- Experience in testing visual UX and accessibility
- General scripting knowledge for use in preparing bespoke test data and some automation scripts
- Experience in Cloud Platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP
