What you will enjoy about this role:

  • Working with a highly regarded, Adelaide based broker, to support clients' claims
  • Having contact with the internal brokers as well as direct clients to discuss claims
  • Collating all the necessary information for the insurer to process and settle the claim
  • Managing either domestic or commercial claims
  • Highlight any improvement opportunities within the process
  • Acting as the client advocate in the claims process
  • Being part of a friendly and close working team

  • Experience in handling commercial claims
