Role Overview: As a Delivery Lead, you will be a crucial bridge between our business teams and the technical functions, leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects and enhancements within the MS Dynamics CRM environment.

Your expertise in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and team management will be essential to drive projects forward efficiently, on time, and in alignment with high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with project deliverables.
Lead crossfunctional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration to drive project success.
Utilize strong problemsolving skills to identify and resolve challenges that may arise during project delivery.
Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills, ensuring strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects and enhancements.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
Effectively selfmanage amidst competing priorities, ensuring that projects are delivered according to schedule and budget.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Delivery Lead in a MS Dynamics CRM environment.
Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
Excellent problemsolving and facilitation skills.
Effective people management and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead crossfunctional teams.
Proficient in managing risks, issues, and dependencies in project delivery.
Ability to provide coaching and mentorship to promote continuous improvement.
Exceptional selfmanagement skills in a fastpaced environment.
