About the Role
Here at BOQ Group we are strengthening, simplifying, digitising, and optimising whilst ensuring our foundations are in place.

With foundation comes strength, and we are building strong and stable teams to work across our multi-branded business but most importantly, elevating our Risk and Compliance culture - there is so much opportunity to contribute to the overarching frameworks, contribute to the Risk uplift and be paramount in supporting our transformation into a digital bank.

In this initial 12 month opportunity you'll get the chance to work closely with our Senior Change Manager on the design and execution of the Change and Communications Strategy for an exciting program of work - affectionately known as the AML First Program - which has been designed to strengthen our financial crimes control environment.

Pretty important stuff, hey?

Within this role, you'll also have the support of our Communications Lead to establish, maintain, and manage implementation of project key messages, positioning and strategic narrative for bankers, customers and internal stakeholders.

Something we know you will agree with, as an experienced change professional, is parallel in importance to any change role

As our Change Manager you will be our specialist SME in this space, where we'll lean on you to coach and consult our senior project and business leaders to uplift change management and communications skills, whilst ensuring the uptake of said change is implemented.

Here at the BOQ Group, we're taking giant leaps to strengthen our financial crimes control environment to protect our customers and our bank.

With that comes the need to have the right people on board to effectively transition us through this change - which is precisely what this initial 12 month fixed-term contract opportunity will be doing.

Sounds great, right?
