  • About the role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute on and help shape Finity's marketing strategy across a range of channels and mediums, for example campaigns, webinars, videos, podcasts, events, and social media.
  • Execute digital marketing initiatives via a variety of technology platforms (e.g. eDM, CRM, and CMS).
  • Work with external providers and agencies.
  • Coordinate regular reporting on engagement, conversion, and optimisation refining and looking for opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support other marketing activities and initiatives as appropriate demonstrating the ability to be agile and prioritise.
  • Adhoc marketing initiatives to support the wider organisation.

Training and Qualifications:

  • Completion of a relevant degree in Marketing/Communications or relevant is essential.
  • Key Selection Criteria:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing discipline.
  • Experience in a B2B professional services or technology product environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and technology.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing journeys.
  • Experience with website management, including content marketing, SEO and reporting.
  • Experience with integrated campaigns, incorporating multiple channels (e.g. social media).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A growth and innovation mindset.
  • An interest in understanding technical content that is relevant to the business.
  • Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities, meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
