The opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Accounts Payable Officer to join our Accounts Payable team based at our Melbourne Head Office.

This position involves a high level of cooperation between the supplier, warehouses, and other staff members within the finance department to deliver excellence in service in all areas.

What you will do:

Process High Volume of Supplier's Invoice
Accurately saved of archived documents
Identifying Issues with invoices
Communicating effectively with various areas of the business
Ensuring that all charges are processed in a timely manner
Working closely with the AP reconciliations team
Ensuring escalation procedures are followed in a timely manner.
Ensuring that supplier's queries are dealt with promptly.

What we are looking for:

Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced highvolume environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Intermediate excel skills.
Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Customer Service will be advantageous.
Knowledge of warehousing, Kofax Total Agility and Orion system will also be beneficial.
