Located in Perth's city fringe | $120k package + car bay.
Our client is one of Australia's largest private investment groups with diversified business interests. As the owner of a large and developing real estate portfolio of high end residential and commercial assets, they employ a small team of specialists who oversee the ongoing daytoday operations and maintenance.
We are proud to be working exclusively with them in resourcing a Building Services Manager to lead the comprehensive management of building services for the properties.
This is a diverse and fastpaced role, dedicated to ensuring exceptional quality of service to the Executives to whom this role supports/reports. A flexible and proactive attitude is essential.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Maintenance, additions, improvements and renovation/refurbishment for owneroccupied office premises and residential premises.
Management of hard and soft facility services including HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical, Plumbing, security, cleaning, waste management, landscaping & gardening and office furnishings.
Management of special purpose subleased facilities.
Contract management for all related services and building contracts.

To be successful, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and a background in, or exposure to, a trade or building services.

You will be a proactive, trusted advisor to the Executive team offering a consultative, solutions focused approach to building services and special projects.

You will have a good track record of budgeting and financial management of projects with evidence of delivering strong value for money and be fully conversant with the Microsoft Office suite.

As a courteous and well-mannered professional, you will excel in stakeholder management at all levels, acting as an advocate of the business at all times.
