Your Responsibilities:

Review trends, achievements, challenges and opportunities for your team
Ensuring operational excellence through high quality shipment management and export services.
Provide commercial and operational input into the implementation and onboarding of new Sea Logistics business opportunities
Maintain and strengthen operational carrier relationships
Contribute to continuous improvements of processes and controls for lean and cost efficient processes
Ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective responses to customer enquiries, issues and problems. #LI-DNI

Your Skills and Experiences:

Experience in the Sea Logistic industry in Exports
Strong leadership skills and knowledge of our market along with your carrier relationship
Great verbal and written communication
Exceptional time management and decision making skills
