Exciting news awaits A renowned and well-established agency in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs is currently searching for a dynamic Property Manager to join their motivated and lively team.
- THE ROLE:_
- Monday
- Friday (NO WEEKENDS)
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties across the City of Knox (under 140)
- Communicate with all relevant trades and external stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner
- Advertising and holding open for inspections for available properties with additional leasing support
- Attending VCAT as required
- Liaise with Renters and Rental Providers
- Working under a director who is supportive and hands on that understands Property Management

12 months experience within Real Estate is ESSENTIAL:
Agents Representative Certificate is ESSENTIAL:
Have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle:

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with good time management
- Have a positive and can do working attitude
