SACARE, we are seeking
Casual Support Workers that possess the relevant skills, qualifications, and experience to provide individualised care to our clients within our Community setting.

We have other shifts available within the all metropolitan area's of Adelaide.

Current Certificates in

  • Manual Handling
  • First Aid
  • CPR
  • Relevant certificate 3 or above
  • Disability or NDIS workers check
  • WWC or Child related clearances
  • Unrestricted South Australian Driver's License
  • Covid19 vaccine certificate inc booster
  • Through their eyes training
  • Experience working with children

Responsibilities:


  • Providing support to the client with activities of daily living such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Assisting the client to access community activities and events
  • Supporting the client with social and recreational activities
  • Monitoring and documenting the client's progress and reporting any concerns to the supervisor
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of support provided

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of disability support services
