The role
My client is a house builder who build attractive townhouses around Melbourne. They are looking for a Construction Manager to lead the team of supervisors.

You will be a proactive leader who spends time with your supervisors on site ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.

Supervisers will report to you on the progress of their projects.


Duties will include:

  • Managing, Supporting, and nurturing Site Supervisors
  • Monitoring progress and proactively working to prevent delays
  • Recruitment of trades and suppliers
  • Offering support to the Building Manager

About you


It is essential that the person fits the culture of the business - My client is committed to maintaining their position as a leading builder who prioritise quality and stand out from their competitors - It is important that you share this drive and want to excell personally in your career.

They want proactive team players who think ahead to spot and solve problems before they arise. You must be able to lead Supervisors of differing experience levels who will require differing levels of support.

You must have a solid background in construction.

Whilst a trade background could be an advantage it is not a requirement provided you have a thorough understanding of construction.

Applications from experienced Construction Managers with Medium Density experience preferred.
