**Job Description
**Our Enterprise Tax, Transactions and Accounting team supports clients in managing their compliance and looking ahead to plan for their continued business success and growth. We decisively deliver new ways of thinking, big-picture perspectives and acute insights that help clients make informed choices to deal with complex issues.

**Your Opportunity
**Working within an experienced team, you will play a key role supporting our clients with their business finance functions


This could include:

  • Processing suppliers' invoices in accounting software (Xero & MYOB);
  • Preparation for account payable payment for suppliers;
  • Bank reconciliations;
  • Payroll including setting up employee in the system, leave entitlements management, and calculation of PAYG withholding taxes and superannuation;
  • Payroll tax calculation and lodgement;
  • Maintain fixed assets register;
  • General ledger reconciliation;
  • BAS/IAS preparation and lodgment;
  • End of month and end of year reconciliation;
  • Potentially meet clients or work at clients' premise to provide accounting support;

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:


  • Strong experience working with accounting software such as Xero and MYOB
  • Administration and organisational skills showing a high attention to detail
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Coupled with this you will also have a passion for ongoing learning, excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills and experience in building relationships. Qualifications such as Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping, CA, or CPA, are preferred, we will also consider those with qualifications in progress
