SA Window Cleaning (SAWC) is South Australia's leading provider of commercial window cleaning and high access cleaning and technical services.

Glass cleaning and other technical services are provided through a variety of access options including abseil via twin rope, high access ladder and pole work and using building maintenance units (BMUs) and elevated work platforms (EWPs).

SAWC has a team of highly skilled and trained personnel to deliver window cleaning and high-risk activities. The business has a focus on high-quality work, delivered safely with reliability and timeliness.


The Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting Management staff in all aspects of the business administration functions, including but not limited to financial functions, payroll, human resources, Return To Work coordination, operational reporting and scheduling support.


Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Administration Assistant will fully support the business by having an understanding and an ability to complete all administration functions required in the business.

Supporting the Administration Manager, the Administration Assistant will ensure all admin duties within the business are completed as required.

The Administration Assistant role will be generally office based.


Key Accountabilities & Duties

  • Support the Admin Manager in the daytoday administration of business
  • Knowledge of payroll, processing of payroll where required
  • Financial record keeping and reporting for aspects of the business
  • Ensure Logistics Manager is supported with staff preparation for site work
  • Production of safety documents to support Logistics Manager
  • Ensure staff are compliant with site specific requirements
  • Provision of reports and record keeping relating to field work, including the reporting of safety incidents
  • Support staff training, booking and organising of external training courses for field staff

Skills required

  • Experience in administration accounts, payroll, highly regarded
  • Knowledge of accounting programs and reporting
  • Good communication skills
  • Sound IT skills
  • Database management and report writing skills
  • Knowledge of site requirements for staff and record keeping of qualifications


This is a casual position (approximately 20-25 hours per week) with flexibility of hours offered, as well as office/working from home arrangements to be negotiated.
