Position:
Roster Coordinator


As a Roster Coordinator at Premier Disability Care Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our support services.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Coordinating and scheduling shifts for our support workers, considering their skills, availability, and client requirements.
  • Responding to rostering requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with clients, support workers, and other team members to address scheduling issues and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitoring and managing staff attendance, leave requests, and timesheets.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to recruit and onboard new support workers.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of rostering activities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in roster coordination or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in rostering software or systems.
  • Familiarity with disability support services and relevant regulations (desirable).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$ $56.55 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Brunswick, VIC 3056: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
