Alfresco Emporium is a leading Australian speciality retailer of lifestyle and dining products, supplying global brands, as well as their own exclusive lines.

We have stores in Collaroy and the Sydney CBD NSW and Bundall Qld and a strong online store.


We are looking for a Trade and Corporate Sales Coordinator to join our team to assist the Trade and Corporate Sales Manager in the smooth production of the Trade and Corporate Sales program for Alfresco Emporium nationally.

Ideally you will have a strong administrative skill set from a sales environment.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Assist in carryingout the Corporate and Trade program
  • Be involved in the forming and maintenance of relationships with corporate entities
  • Assist in overseeing all trade and customer enquires
  • Process product orders
  • Keep record of trends, transactions, and clients
  • Be involved in providing and encouraging corporate partners Gifting
  • Research competitors discounts and comparatives
  • Be involved in the arrangement of gift deliveries
  • Creatively contribute to the Corporate Trade and Gifting Program with new ideas or promotions
  • Tracking and monthly reporting of results, successes, suggestions
  • Keeping up to date on shipping costs
  • Management of the CRM
  • Seasonal duties such as overseeing Christmas Casual staff and overseeing production of seasonal products during peak times.
  • Management of special projects as required and agreed
  • Working collaboratively with other teams in the business

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Passionate about interiors and the Alfresco Emporium Product
  • Background in sales, either retail or corporate
  • Organised, selfmotivated and have a strong cando attitude.
  • High attention to detail


This is a casual position, and in the short term would ideally be worked Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm in our Brookvale Warehouse, and would involve spending time at our Collaroy, QVB and Bundall Stores.
