The Change Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the Change Management strategy and plan for the implementation of the next phase of the new Technology solution as well as ensuring adoption by key stakeholders in the

Health Sector. You will be leading two other team members. This role with require extensive stakeholder engagement along with liaison with external agencies.

Required:

Extensive change management experience in IT projects in large complex environments.
Demonstrated abilities in producing quality change management strategies and plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, maps, and quality stakeholder communication strategies and plans.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fastpaced, complex and at times ambiguous environment.
Extensive experience managing and overseeing complex aspects of program and/or project management and implementation, including developing and monitoring project plans, coordinating resources, reporting, and issue and risk management.
Previous Experience leading a team
You are required to be fully COVID vaccinated
Desirable: Previous experience in Clinical/ Health Sector
