    The RoleIn this exciting role, you will collaborate closely with managers and senior leaders to deliver specialized support and services in talent acquisition.


    Key Responsibilities :


    As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for:Engaging stakeholders to understand their needs and align organizational direction, strategy, and action.

    Collaborating with leaders to develop comprehensive Talent Acquisition plans and execute effective sourcing strategies.
    Managing end-to-end recruitment procedures, ensuring data accuracy, quality reporting, and consistent candidate communication.
    Leading intake meetings, conducting candidate reviews, and contributing to interview panels.
    Establishing strategic pipelines and partnerships with relevant business and community services.
    Elevating the company brand through participation in job fairs and events.
    The CandidateProven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in high volume environments.
    Expertise in identifying and attracting talent in competitive landscapes, managing high-volume recruitment with finesse.
    Strong communication skills with stakeholders and candidates.
    Extensive experience with Talent Acquisition systems and sourcing tools.
    Ability to thrive under pressure, work autonomously, and adapt to evolving priorities

    BenefitsCompetitive salary:
    Circa $120,000 + super.
