This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.About The Role As the Talent Acquisition Partner in the Commercial space, you will primarily be sourcing Category Managers, Procurement and Buying roles.
You will need to have experience recruiting these roles, have established networks and understand the nuances in these areas and know where you can headhunt this type of talent from.
This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with exceptional communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for high-volume positions.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and hiring costs.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
About You You will have:
Proven experience in recruiting procurement, category management, buying and other commercial roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
