13-Feb-2023- Brisbane, QLD, AUProducing a much-loved beverage iconic to Queensland, XXXX is a part of QLD culture As a Packaging Team Leader, you will support one of the packaging teams ensuring performance metrics, production rates and wastage benchmarks are met.

In this role you will be responsible for safety, quality, and performance within the brewery.

This role will have a dual focus on both people leadership for a team of Packaging Operators and production plan execution to ensure efficient operations are maintained.


The Brewery operates Monday - Friday 24 hours and this role will be on a rotating roster of Days (6:00am - 2:00pm) and Afternoons (2:00pm - 10:00pm) on a
permanent,
full-time basis.



Some of the skills you will have:

  • Experience within a manufacturing/production environment
  • Previous team leadership experience
  • Ability to work cross functionally and bring stakeholders on a journey
  • Exposure to the execution of predefined plans
  • A mindset of continuous improvement

Some of the things you will be doing in the role:

  • Lead and develop your team to achieve tasks and support with talent building
  • Action weekly production plans with a focus on waste and stoppage minimisation
  • Support with spot quality checks across the relevant production area
  • Influence spending against budget
  • Champion a safetyfirst culture at the Brewery
