Position:
Administrative Assistant
Position Highlights:
- Casual ongoing role (long term)
- Monday to Friday weekly rotating roster (0700 to 1500) and (1500 to 2300)
- Supportive team environment
- Free onsite parking
- 3+ years administrative experience
- Experience in engaging with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in data entry and documentation preparation
- Experience in assisting with timesheet management and or invoice tracking
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft office suite
The following attributes are critical:
- An eye for detail and quality control
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple requirements at once
