What can you gain from completing a traineeship through Work & Training?

  • You would be employed by Work & Training the largest employer of Apprentices and Trainees in Tasmania, and hosted for the duration of your traineeship.
  • You would receive professional guidance from your immediate supervisors, as well as mentoring and support from a Work & Training consultant.
  • The theory side of your qualification would be conducted oneonone in the workplace, with expert tuition, by one of our amazing registered trainers.
On completion of your traineeship you would receive a nationally recognised
Certificate III in Business - BSB30120.

Learning on the job:


  • Gain confidence and expand your customer service skills with client communication and reception duties.
  • Develop your written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Become adept in time management, prioritising and scheduling your workload.
  • Your proficiently with Microsoft Suite will develop to a professional level.
  • Learn how to prepare and compose documentation with accuracy.
  • Certificate II in Business qualification.
  • Customer service and / or experience in the health care sector.

Essential requirement:


  • Uptodate COVID vaccination status.

Wage:


  • National Training Wage applies.
