Quantum International is an importer and exclusively distributes furniture goods to Australian home and lifestyle retailers Harvey Norman and Domayne.


The Quantum International Team is seeking a
Sales Administration Assistant to join the dedicated team based in Helensvale to support their day-to-day business administration operations.


As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and rectifying customer service issues.

Your friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills will be essential as you assess their needs and provide them with personalised support.


In this role you will:


  • Provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers
  • Provide knowledgeable and accurate advice to customers
  • Liaise with our service agents & suppliers and keeping the service database up to date
  • Keep our customers updated on the status of their customer service ticket and ensure this is completed within an acceptable timeframe while providing outstanding customer service
  • Assist with the department's admin duties including processing credit and debit invoices, claims, reconciliations, following company procedures and reporting
  • Run weekly reports for repairs/service jobs as required by the Proprietor
  • Advise customers of arrival of stock and organise delivery as requested by the Proprietor
  • Manage shipping of parts and replacement product

  • Ability to think on your feet and manage your own workflow with great organisational/prioritisation skills
