What role will you play?


You will play a vital role in working within HR Business Management to administer and implement HR risk management processes, manage any associated governance activities, and prepare management reporting to provide HR leadership teams with oversight of risks within the division.

A pivotal part of your position will be to provide HR with guidance and support to manage risk across suppliers, information security, business resilience, change management, and records management.


What you offer

  • Highly motivated risk SME with 4+ years' experience within financial services
  • Working knowledge of risk management that may include thirdparty risk, information security, business resilience, risk in change, or records management, financial analysis, and senior management reporting
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, constructively challenge the status quo and provide pragmatic risk advice
  • Ability to initiate and lead conversations with business leaders relating to anticipated or emerging risks and issues
  • Ability to think laterally, grasp abstract concepts and complex situations combined with strong problemsolving skills.
