About the role
We have a unique opportunity for experienced, innovative and motivated critical care nurses with recent leadership skills and capability, to be part of the Critical Care Outreach
- ICU Liaison Nurse team at Western Health.
This position requires a dynamic nurse with superior clinical and interpersonal skills who is able to work within a multidisciplinary team setting in an advanced practice role.
Minimum Requirements
- Staff will be expected to be rostered across both Footscray and Sunshine campus and will be rostered to 12 hr. shifts.
- Demonstrates advance communication and problemsolving skills
- 3 years post PG qualification in critical care ICU
- Have excellent knowledge of best practice in intensive care nursing care.
- Be passionate about providing patient centred care.
- Have demonstrated leadership experience and skills in the clinical setting.
- Be highly accountable and display a supportive and engaging style.
- Demonstrates advance communication and problemsolving skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
