About the role
We have a unique opportunity for experienced, innovative and motivated critical care nurses with recent leadership skills and capability, to be part of the Critical Care Outreach

  • ICU Liaison Nurse team at Western Health.


This position requires a dynamic nurse with superior clinical and interpersonal skills who is able to work within a multidisciplinary team setting in an advanced practice role.


Minimum Requirements

  • Staff will be expected to be rostered across both Footscray and Sunshine campus and will be rostered to 12 hr. shifts.
  • Demonstrates advance communication and problemsolving skills
  • 3 years post PG qualification in critical care ICU
  • Have excellent knowledge of best practice in intensive care nursing care.
  • Be passionate about providing patient centred care.
  • Have demonstrated leadership experience and skills in the clinical setting.
  • Be highly accountable and display a supportive and engaging style.
  • Demonstrates advance communication and problemsolving skills
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
