Our Northern Infrastructure Business have an opportunity for a
Engineering Manager to join the DT Infrastructure team in our Milton Offices.

You will be accountable for leading the Project Engineering Team, on a technically challenging project. Your experience around rail infrastructure will be well utilised and highly regarded.

About You

Demonstrated capability in Civil Construction with exposure to major rail infrastructure projects.
Maintenance / Possession planning experience within rail environments.
Qualified professional engineer to Bachelor of Engineering level.
Understanding of cost control and budget preparation and ability to manage projects to budget.
Technical aptitude, good analytical and problemsolving skills.
A strong ability to rapidly grasp the nuances of client needs in complex situations with competing demands.
Ability to structure appropriate solutions to meet client needs and address problem areas.
Ability to lead others to deliver an agreed outcome.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A strong bias for talent development of self and others
Proven experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 major Rail contractor desirable but not essential;
