Supply Chain Analyst (Analyst)
Duration: 12 Month Role
Location:
North Sydney
Salary: 68K plus super. Plus 2k Completion Bonus

Key Areas of Accountability:
- Placing orders for new consignment, or additional layers to current consignment stock across AU & NZ
- Analysis of these requests and review with Sales staff to minimize excess inventory being added to the network
- Writing off expired items, conducting analysis on stock on shelf levels and organizing replacement items as needed
- Investigation of consignment queries, movement of stock and ETAs on orders
- Liaising with Sales staff to optimize their accounts, support account conversions or deconsignments, troubleshoot issues and solve pain points
- Create or improve processes and tools to reduce time to service, improve level of service or better control inventory levels
- Maintaining strong service level and time to respond to Sales, across Optimisation, Expiry and Consignment requests
- Proactively communicating supply issues to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategic Accounts and providing estimated dates of arrival, explanation of issue
- Standard operational responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating documented procedures
- Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvements within the Operations department
- Complying with all team activities with company, legal, ethical and other standards
- Completing other project and tasks as require
Critical Requirements (e.g.
skills, experience, qualifications):
- Bachelor degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Experience in alpha numeric data processing, accounts reconciliation, record retention and receipting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter and update large amounts of data.
