Our client has a group of companies working together as a one-stop shop that covers employment, training, health care, real estate and media organisations.

Our client's current marketing team has been the driving force behind their recent success.

After over-achieving quarterly targets for the last four years, our client is looking for a Digital Designer to lead them to achieve their future plans.


Our client is looking for a Digital Designer to work in their Sydney head office with the right attitude, knowledge, experience, and skills to be part of their team that drives strategy implementation across all business operations.


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for taking the lead in developing and executing comprehensive brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across traditional and digital channels.


Position Overview
An exciting opportunity awaits you to join our marketing team as a Digital Designer.

We seek a motivated and well-coordinated individual who can spearhead the creating and advancement of innovative design content and campaigns.

These materials will find their way across all digital distribution channels, including our social media channel for our brand. With a primary focus on our customers, you will lead visually, conveying our brand's stories.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Designing and producing digital assets and experiences across display, eDMs, mobile/tablet, websites, social and supporting integrated media.
  • Working closely with the creative and development teams.
  • Managing our social media and other digital channels
  • Create printready files and liaise with external stakeholders to make sure the files are in industry standard.
  • Develop assets for our websites and other digital channels.
  • Create visually captivating and interactive social media content that highlights our brands.
  • Create and design marketing collaterals, such as posters, flyers, and banners, to promote our brands.

About you (Qualifications &

experience)

  • 3 years plus experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
  • Graphic design skills with a strong portfolio of experience
  • Proficiency with publishing tools with the Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
  • A strong eye for visual design.
  • Practical time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience as a social media coordinator
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
  • Understanding of marketing, production and advertising
  • Knowledge and experience in website design, multimedia design, video editing, and social media will be looked upon favourably.
