Do you have previous experience successfully leading and managing multiple teams in Employment Services contract delivery? Join
APM as a
Regional Manager - Somerset Region, where you will lead, plan, organise, resource and coordinate the regional business units to ensure that the requirements and contractual KPIs of the Workforce Australia Employment Services contract are met.


The role
With a hands-on approach, you'll oversee revenue, service delivery and strategic business development.

You'll utilise your networking ability to develop local connections with employers and community support organisations, vital to sustainable employment outcomes for your states Workforce Australia's participants.

You will lead a positive and collaborative team culture and show agility and strategic thinking and appraches.


What makes a great Regional Manager?


You should be able to demonstrate previous success in a similar role and have a leadership approach that focuses on identifying and developing your team members strengths.

Key to your success is your ability to identify and implement performance improvement strategies that result in successful and measurable outcomes.

Tertiary qualifications are desirable, and regional/interstate travel is required (where possible and compliant with travel guidelines).
