About the role


We are currently seeking a professional Business Support Officer to provide support and be the front-of house and key reception personnel to our business.


To be successful in this role you will need to be a highly motivated team player with a proactive approach to your work.

You will thrive in a fast paced, demanding and varied work environment.


Duties and Responsibilities include:


  • General Front of House Reception Duties liaising with clientele, incoming calls, mail collection, sample receive and dispatch
  • Report Writing / Data Entry
  • Providing administrative support to the Management team and following their lead and instructions
  • Coordination of travel, accommodation and expenses
  • Creation of Purchase Orders and Maintaining Stock Levels
  • Compiling sales data and completing monthly invoicing, ensuring KPI's are met
  • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship building skills with the ability to engage effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong written communication skills with a high attention to detail in spelling and grammar

We are looking for someone with:

  • A high level of technological aptitude and savviness
  • Advanced MS Office Skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good time management skills
  • Accurate keyboard skills and proven accuracy and speed
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
  • Confident Phone Mannerisms and communication skills
  • Ability to carry up to 10kgs and being confident to be a part of a workshop/warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
  • Adaptability to learn new processes and procedures
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Sensitivity to deal with and maintain confidential information
