About the role
We are currently seeking a professional Business Support Officer to provide support and be the front-of house and key reception personnel to our business.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a highly motivated team player with a proactive approach to your work.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- General Front of House Reception Duties liaising with clientele, incoming calls, mail collection, sample receive and dispatch
- Report Writing / Data Entry
- Providing administrative support to the Management team and following their lead and instructions
- Coordination of travel, accommodation and expenses
- Creation of Purchase Orders and Maintaining Stock Levels
- Compiling sales data and completing monthly invoicing, ensuring KPI's are met
- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship building skills with the ability to engage effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written communication skills with a high attention to detail in spelling and grammar
We are looking for someone with:
- A high level of technological aptitude and savviness
- Advanced MS Office Skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good time management skills
- Accurate keyboard skills and proven accuracy and speed
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
- Confident Phone Mannerisms and communication skills
- Ability to carry up to 10kgs and being confident to be a part of a workshop/warehouse environment
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Adaptability to learn new processes and procedures
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Sensitivity to deal with and maintain confidential information
