Experienced Operations/Facilities Manager with retail exposure- Attractive Salary
- Initial 12 month contract with possibility of extension
They currently have a key vacancy on offer for an experienced Operations/Facilities Manager to join their friendly team of professionals.
Based in a portfolio of Shopping Centres, you will be responsible for managing building maintenance within budget and ensuring the smooth operation of all building services and facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assuming overall responsibility for operations management for all assigned properties including routine and reactive maintenance
- Assisting with the creation of operational and capital expenditure budgets and management of these
- Promoting a strong customer centric focus
- Leading a high performance team, building a strong level of capability and engagement
- Overseeing project works
- Monthly reporting
- Developing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
- Building long term value for all stakeholders through a commitment to corporate responsibility and sustainability
- Managing contractors
- Ensuring compliance
- OH&S
- Assisting with the implementation of sustainability projects
- Liaising with clients and tenants
To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of - 4 years Operations/Facilities experience in retail or commercial property or in a related field.
