Job description:

Administrators (multiple locations within NSW)

2XM Recruit are excited to be recruiting for administrators, to work within government organisations. Contract positions for

3-month,

6-month,

9-month and

12-month durations are available.
These roles will be customer-focused and will be responsible for data entry and stakeholder management.

Key accountabilities:

Provide consistently highquality customer service by resolving firstcontact enquiries from internal customers and external vendor, public, and industry enquiries.
Communicate with customers in a courteous and empathic way, demonstrating a willingness to assist and a commitment to providing highquality service.
Process a range of transactions across the service line accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements and Skills: - Experience in managing multiple activities in a complex environment including demonstrated high level planning, prioritising, and organisation skills.

Great communication and administration skills along with an eye for detail.
Ability to think laterally and solve complex problems.
Escalate more complex enquiries and transactions to ensure the timely and effective resolution of issues.
Effectively use a range of computerised systems, technology, and telephony solutions to undertake work tasks.
Enter data and maintain up to date records in order to facilitate work allocation, performance analysis and service improvement.
