Business Solutions Manager - $1100 - $1300 + Super Per Day

Company Overview
Leading financial institution with local and international reach based in the Sydney CBD.

Role Overview

A Business Solutions Manager is needed to lead ongoing pipeline management, project prioritisation, business case development, adoption and benefits realisation across a program in institutional banking.

This is a highly strategic role and would be best suited for someone with extensive front office experience, FX product knowledge and implementation experience.

You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the project pipeline across this a large program of work surrounding the implementation of Calypso.

You will be required to assess the impacts of future external changes, as well as be the owner of artefacts such as high-level impact assessment, impact analysis and terms of reference templates, alongside managing backlogs and prioritisation for a squad of 40-50 people.

We are looking for genuine leaders who will inspire the confidence of all existing stakeholders across the business unit and look to build and foster productive relationships.

Skills & Experience

6+ years of overall Project delivery experience in financial services
Extensive FX product knowledge
Must have experience in working in large, complex organisations
